Hours

EEEA is open seven days per week: 8:00 am – 9:00 pm but may be closed periodically by management during inclement, severe weather events or for other reasons at EEEA's discretion.

We will work with you for early shows, horse illnesses, etc. Please provide the Barn Manager with advanced or immediate notice if you have any reason to be on farm property outside of these hours.

Conduct

If you open it, close it (gates, doors, etc.)

Clean up after yourself and your horse

Do not climb over gates or fences

Park only in the designated parking area

Do not feed the animals without EEEA personnel or the horse owner's permission

Please treat other members of the EEEA horse community with respect, courtesy and consideration. Safe, considerate and courteous behavior of each boarder, rider, family member, and guest is required at all times. Your safety is our primary goal.

Aggression and/or excessive force towards animals is not permitted

Chains, whips, crops, spurs, and other equipement may not be used to cause fear or pain

Ride at your own risk

Follow all verbal instructions given by EEEA instructors and personnel

All riders, boarders, and guests must sign a liability release waiver prior to handling any horses or animals

Appropriate, close toed footwear required in the barn
-
Proper riding footwear required while mounted, i.e., boot with a smooth sole and distinguishable heel
-
ASTM approved helmets must be worn while mounted by all riders
-
Children 12 and under must be supervised by a responsible adult
-
Report any unsafe condition to management immediately

Do not enter a stall, paddock, or field without permission from EEEA personnel
-
Never ride alone
-
If under 18, no jumping without an instructor present or prior permission
-
Know your own abilities and ask for help when needed

Riding

Riders may ring ride during designated times on approved horses
-
Trail riders must sign out prior to riding out and sign back in when they return
-
No riding inside the barn
-
Riding is weather permitting. Do not ride during thunderstorms, heavy rain, wind, or snow, or during any other hazardous weather conditions
-
No person may act as an instructor at the Stable who is not either 1) insured by the Stable, or 2) has submitted written proof of independent insurance to Stable management and has permission of Stable management to instruct at the Stable.

Always be in control and be courteous of other riders. Remember to look out for less experienced riders

Ask before taking down or moving jumps

Facilities

- EEEA reserves the right to charge for any damage your horse may cause to our facilities. Normal wear and tear is acceptable.

Houses are private residences. No trespassing.

EEEA is not responsible for lost or stolen items

Please notify management of any necessary repairs, maintenance, problems, or needed supplies so that repairs may be made or problems remedied as soon as possible.
